Therapist and Creative
I am a creative, queer, neurodivergent therapist offering trauma-informed services. Often my work is centered around identity, including the different parts of you that may be wounded, need cared for, and are calling out for growth. With a background in the performing arts, I am aware of the specific mental and emotional trauma and struggles that are often associated with creative work. Additionally, I have experience working in university and healthcare settings, and hold deep empathy for the particular struggles encountered in these environments as well. Perfectionists and people with high-demand careers are welcome here.
Outside of work, I’m a human of many interests, invested in cultivating creativity throughout my life. Currently, this involves trying to keep four fiddle-leaf figs thriving, remodeling a home, and listening to astrology podcasts. When not working with clients, I’m likely deep-diving into my latest theatre project, reading tarot cards, or trash-talking during a board game. Most of the time, however, I’m perfectly content to sip a London Fog while cuddling my adorable cats, Soso and Pip.
